In response to Taiwan's economic boom, both public and private institutions have invested in large-scale construction projects, and the number of engineering projects has increased. The company has expanded its operating capital to NT$9 million.
1998.07
After reporting to the Investment Review Committee, Zhenqing Engineering invested in an affiliated company established in Beijing - "JuiJuiDai Energy Saving Equipment (Beijing) Co., Ltd.", which specializes in the research and development of thermal superconductivity and heat pumps, and applies heat energy conversion to heating and solar thermal collection projects; at the same time, it raised funds to invest in the Jinlong Waterway Building Development Project in Chaoyang District, Beijing, and is responsible for the management and maintenance of the building project.
"JennChin Refrigeration Machinery Engineering Co., Ltd." was established with a capital of NT$1 million. Specializing in ice water systems for food refrigeration plants and public sales bureaus and wineries, low-temperature warehouse refrigeration and refrigeration system projects, and central system air-conditioning projects in new office buildings.
1995.06
In response to market and customer demand, water, electricity, fire protection and environmental control business items were added, and the capital was increased to NT$65 million. In the same year, the company was renamed "JennChin Engineering Co., Ltd."
